Our office is located at 3241 Joshi Complex on Khanapur Road in Vite. It’s a well-known building in this part of Sangli. We’ve been operating out of this room for quite some time now. It’s not a very big space, but it’s where we do all our work. We handle travel bookings and help people plan their journeys. Most of our customers are locals from Vite or nearby villages who need to travel for family reasons or work. We don't have any fancy brochures or big posters. Usually, people just come in and tell us where they need to go, and we look it up on the system. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things confusing. The Khanapur Road is usually busy, so there’s always something happening outside. We know the other shop owners in Joshi Complex well. We often share a tea in the afternoon. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't spend money on advertising; most people find us by word of mouth or by just walking past. We aren't a big chain, just a small local travel desk. We focus on getting the tickets right and making sure the timings are clear. It’s a humble way to earn a living, and we enjoy meeting the different people who walk through our door every day. We stay open pretty late to catch those finishing work in the evening.
