Our office is tucked away in 15-A Shridharnagar, right behind the Aakashwani Kendra in Haripur. It is a quiet enough area most days, which is nice for getting things done. Royal Smart Impex Pvt. Ltd. has been running out of this space for a bit. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the team and the paperwork. We started out small and stayed that way mostly. Haripur is a decent spot to work from. Sometimes the directions to find us behind the radio station get people confused, but once you’ve been here, it’s easy. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to suppliers. There isn't much to see if you visit, just us working. We don't do big meetings or have a receptionist in a suit. Most days it’s just the sound of the fans and someone typing. We handle the import and export side of things. It involves a lot of waiting for calls and checking documents over and over. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. That’s just life here. We aren't trying to change the world. We just handle our business and try to keep things organized. If something needs to be shipped, we make sure it happens. It’s straightforward. We keep it practical and don’t bother with anything that isn’t necessary for the job. We are just a normal group of people making a living in Haripur.
