It’s a bit different being in a colony area like this, but it is quite peaceful compared to the city center. We have a basic setup here with our computers and files. It’s a government colony, so the surroundings are mostly quiet and there are trees around. We handle the work that comes in from the local area and some stuff from Pune as well. It’s not a huge team here, just a few of us managing the daily operations. We don't have any big signs or anything. People usually find us by the plot number. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork and talking to clients on the phone. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't really have a reception desk or anything like that. If someone comes in, one of us just gets up to help them. It is honest work and we do it without any extra flair. The office is just a place where we sit and work through the list of things we need to finish by the end of the day. We try to be helpful to anyone who stops by with a question. It is just a normal workspace.
