You can find us out at Dahigaon in the Nagar Taluka which is part of the Ahmednagar district. It is a bit of a drive to get out here but we are used to it by now. Being part of the Inox Wind Energy Group means we are often looking up at those big turbines or dealing with the chemical side of the energy business. The landscape around Dahigaon is pretty open and you can feel the wind blowing most of the time which I guess is good for the business we are in. Our office is more of a functional space than a pretty one. We have maps on the walls and plenty of safety gear lying around because that is what the job requires. It is a mix of outdoor work and some time spent in the office handling the logistics. We see a lot of trucks coming through this part of the district. It gets dusty and the roads aren't always the best but we make it work. The people here are hardworking and we all just try to get through the daily list of tasks. We do not spend much time talking about big goals or anything like that; we just focus on making sure the equipment is running and the chemical processes are stable for the day. It is a long day's work but it feels good to be productive out here in the countryside where things are a bit slower.
