Gheware Constructions

Gheware Constructions has two main spots where we keep our things. Right now, most of the daily activity happens at 201-B in the Shilpa Housing Society over in Nigadi, Pune. It’s a busy residential area and the office is tucked away in the society. However, we also have our permanent roots back at 262 Gaonbhag in Sangli, near the Keshavnath Temple. That’s the 416416 area code. Usually, we are split between the two locations depending on where the current project is. In Nigadi, the pace is a bit faster because it’s Pune, and there’s always something going on with the roads or new buildings. Sangli is home, though. The office near the temple is where the family roots are. We spend a lot of time traveling between the two cities. It’s about a four or five-hour drive if the traffic isn't too bad. Our work in construction means we are rarely just sitting at a desk anyway. There’s always dust on our boots and a lot of phone calls to make to suppliers. We don't have a fancy reception area or a person in a suit greeting you. Usually, it's just one of us looking at blueprints or checking the accounts. We prefer it that way. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it across these two locations for quite some time now. Most of our tools and gear stay at the Sangli address while the Pune office handles the paperwork.
