Our office is located in Vishrambag, specifically at Flat No. 301 on Plot No. 43. It is part of the C.S No. 84/2 area in the Miraj and Kupwad region. Ekata Realtrade (Opc) Private Limited is basically a one-person operation for the most part, though friends and family help out when things get busy. I handle the local real estate trades around here. It is a lot of paperwork and visiting different plots of land. People in Miraj know that things move at their own pace. I do not try to rush anything. Most of my work involves checking titles and making sure the land records are correct. It is tedious stuff, but it is important. The office is just a simple room with a desk and a few chairs for visitors. I have lived in this area for a long time, so I know the history of many of these properties. It is not like the big city markets; things are more personal here. You have to know people to get things done. I spend a lot of time on my scooter, going from one side of Kupwad to the other. It gets dusty and hot, but that is just part of the job. I do not have a fancy website or a big sign out front. Most people find me through word of mouth. I just try to be honest and do the work that needs doing. Real estate is just about helping neighbors.
