Dr. Nagnath Anna Nayakwadi Gaurav Foundation

We operate out of Walwa, specifically in the Ahir Galli area of Malbhag. The Dr. Nagnath Anna Nayakwadi Gaurav Foundation is basically run from the space provided by Shri. Adhikrao Davang. It’s a local setup, nothing fancy. We spend a lot of our time talking to people in Sangli and seeing what’s going on in the neighborhood. Things around here move at their own pace, and we try to keep up with that. We don't have a giant headquarters with glass walls. It's just an office in a familiar street where everyone knows each other. Dealing with local issues means we have to be practical. We aren't here to give speeches; we just do the tasks that need doing. Our address at 416313 is where the mail comes and where we meet to plan things out. It can be a bit loud outside sometimes with the street noise, but it keeps us connected to the reality of the town. People know where to find us if they need something. We focus on the ground level stuff that often gets ignored by bigger organizations. Being part of the Walwa community is important to us because this is where we live too. We don't use complicated words to explain what we do. We just look at what’s broken or missing and see if we can help fix it. It’s a simple way of working, but it seems to suit us just fine. We're just trying to be useful and help out where we can.
