We are based out here in the Sangli district of Maharashtra. Our operation is part of Cipla Pharma, but this particular spot is more of a local distribution and coordination point. We do not have a fancy building with a big logo on top. It is a functional space where we keep track of the medicines coming in and going out to the local pharmacies. The roads around here can be a bit rough during the rains, which sometimes slows down the trucks coming from the city. We have a small team of people who have lived in Sangli their whole lives. We know most of the local chemists by name. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some shelves for files and a few desks that have seen better days. It gets quite hot in the summer, so we usually start early in the morning to beat the heat. We are not doing any big sales pitches here. Our job is just to make sure the supplies are where they need to be. It is a lot of checking lists and making phone calls to different vendors. We do not have a fancy website for this branch. If someone needs to reach us, they usually just call or stop by the gate. It is a quiet, steady kind of work. We have been a part of the community here for a long time and we just keep things moving along.
