Balancing Instruments & Equipments (Miraj) Pvt Ltd

We spend our days at C-45/1 in the MIDC industrial estate. It gets hot on the floor, and you can always hear the sound of the equipment humming in the background. We have been here in Miraj for quite some time now. Most of our time is just spent looking at gauges and making sure everything balances out correctly. It is not fancy work, but it is what we know. The workshop gets a bit dusty, especially during the afternoons. Someone usually goes out to get tea around four. We deal with all sorts of instruments. Sometimes a machine comes in that has seen better days, and we have to figure out why it is vibrating so much. It takes a lot of patience. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of orders. The industrial estate stays busy, with lots of trucks moving around outside. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just sit and wait it out. It is just how things go here. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the equipment that leaves this building actually works. If a customer calls with a problem, we try to fix it without making a big fuss. It has been a long road since we started. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We know each other's families. It is a small place, really. Just a bunch of us working with machines in Miraj. We have some old tools that still work.
