Ars Infra

Ars Infra is based out of Shop 7 in the Sidhivinayak Building. It is pretty easy to find us because we are located right near the big Tata Motors outlet. Our shop is mostly used as a home base for us to coordinate our various construction and infrastructure projects. You will usually see a few pairs of muddy site boots by the door and some yellow safety helmets sitting on the shelves. We don't actually spend the whole day sitting in the office; most of the time we are out at different sites checking on how the work is progressing. When we are actually in the shop, it’s mostly to talk to material suppliers or to look over some architectural drawings on the desk. It is a very simple setup. We have a couple of desks, a computer that runs a bit slow, and some extra chairs for when people drop by. We have been working on local infrastructure projects for a while now. It can be hard work and things often get delayed because of bad weather or materials not arriving on time, but that is just the way the construction business goes. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone doing sales calls. Most of the people who hire us heard about our work from someone else we’ve done a job for in the past. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough throughout the year.
