Alf Design Consultants is based right here in Sangli. It’s a decent place to work out of, to be honest. Maharashtra has a lot of huge cities, but we quite like being in this part of the state. Our address is simply Sangli 416416, and we've been here for a good while. We spend our days handling various design tasks, and the office usually has a lot of drawings spread out over the tables and chairs. It’s definitely not some high-tech setup with sleek, modern furniture; it’s more of a place where people actually sit down and do things. You might see us arguing over a small detail or just sitting quietly with our tea while the ceiling fans hum overhead. It gets pretty hot here in the summer, so the afternoons can feel a bit slow sometimes. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist wearing a suit. Mostly, it’s just the team members walking in and out, checking on the progress of different things. Life in Sangli moves at its own pace, and we’ve adapted to that over the years. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to dress it up with big words or slogans. People know where to find us if they need any design help. The 416416 area is home to us. It’s just a group of us trying to make sense of the sketches and plans every single day. We don’t have any grand speeches about what we do.
