Alcozin Metals & Alloys Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the MIDC area in Kupwad. We are at the H-1/M-1 plots. It’s a big industrial zone, so there are factories and sheds everywhere you look. Our place is no different. We have the machinery running most of the time, so there’s a constant hum in the background. We work with different alloys and metals, which involves a lot of heat and heavy lifting. The floor is concrete and usually has some scrap lying around that we haven't cleared yet. It’s a busy environment where everyone has a specific role to play. We aren't really set up for visitors, though people do come by for business meetings now and then. We have a small cabin for the paperwork, but most of the action happens out on the factory floor. The weather in Kupwad can get really dry, which makes the work even more tiring in the summer months. We’ve got a team of workers who know the machines inside and out. We aren't doing any fancy marketing; we just fulfill the contracts we get from other industrial companies. Sometimes the raw materials are late, and we have to adjust our schedule, but we usually manage to get it sorted out. It’s a straightforward industrial life. We focus on the production and making sure the quality is right. It’s just what we do here.
