We spend most of our days here in Bedaga, right across from the Maruti Mandir. It’s a familiar spot for everyone in the village. Grace Brass Product isn't a big fancy setup. It’s just us working with brass items every day. The noise from the temple bells is a constant part of our mornings. Miraj gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through. People often stop by just because they are visiting the Mandir and see us working. Our address at 520 is easy to find if you know where the post office is. We’ve been at this for a while now. The metal gets hot and the work is heavy, but that is just how it goes here. Sometimes the roads get a bit muddy during the monsoon, making it harder for people to reach us from the main part of Taluka Miraj, but we stay busy regardless. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It's mostly just a workspace filled with tools and raw materials. Usually, you can find one of us sitting near the entrance handling the smaller bits while the machines run in the back. It’s a simple life in this part of the country. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure the brass pieces look right before they head out. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but we prefer being here in our own space.
