Our place is in the Miraj MIDC Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where all the industrial action happens. 5Star Pvt. Ltd. is just one of many units in this zone. The name might sound like a luxury hotel, but the reality is just a plain industrial building where we do our work. There are no fancy signs or manicured lawns. It’s just a gate and a workshop. Inside, it’s mostly open space with various bits of equipment and materials scattered around. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the industrial area grow and change. The roads aren't always the best, and it gets quite dusty during the dry season. We don't have a lot of office staff; it’s mostly just the people doing the actual work. We usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too high because the heat can be brutal later in the day. We take our breaks together and usually just have some simple food brought from home. There isn't any corporate polish here. We don't have a vision board or a long-term strategic plan. We just take the orders as they come and try to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a basic, hardworking life in the MIDC, and we are fine with that. We just do our bit and keep the business going day by day.
