Patel Accounts Classes

Patel Accounts Classes is our small spot in Miraj. Like the name says, we focus on accounting, so there are always ledgers and calculators lying around the place. It’s not a fancy office at all. We have a few long tables where everyone sits together to work through the problems. Miraj is a good place for this kind of work because it’s a central hub for the district. Our rooms are located in a building that’s seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We spend most of our time looking at columns of figures and explaining how the balance sheets should look. It’s quiet work, mostly, except for the sound of scratching pens and the occasional discussion about a difficult entry. We don't have any secretaries or assistants; we handle the phone calls and the paperwork ourselves. Sometimes the tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon break. The floor is just plain cement, and the lighting is okay, though we added an extra tube light last month. We don't do any big advertising. People just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the address on 416410. It’s a very basic way of doing things, but it works for us and the students. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start the day’s calculations. It’s honest work in a busy town, and we keep things moving along slowly but surely.
