Ub Nizam Breweries Pvt. Ltd. is out at Sy No: 294/1&2 in the Apiic Park. It is located in Kothlapur Village, which is part of the Sangareddy-Mandal area in Medak District. It is quite a drive to get out here, away from the main city traffic. The site is big, much larger than a regular shop or office you would find in town. You see a lot of trucks coming and going at all hours. We have these massive structures and tanks that take up most of the space on the property. It is a very industrial feel, with a lot of pipes and concrete everywhere. The weather out here in Medak can be quite dry and dusty, especially during the peak of summer. We have a security gate where everyone has to check in before they come into the main yard. Inside, it is a lot of walking because the distances between the buildings are quite far. We wear our safety gear and follow the daily schedule strictly. There are different shifts, so the place never really sleeps or goes completely quiet. It is a bit isolated from the main city, so we mostly just interact with our own coworkers. There aren't many shops nearby, so we have our own arrangements for food and water for the staff. It is a massive operation but we try to keep things simple in our daily routines. The work is steady and tiring but we get it done every single day.
