Sunshiv Properties Private Limited is located out in the industrial side of things. We’re at Shop No. 2, Plot No 17, in the IDA Bollaram village area. This is part of the Jinnaram Mandal in Sangareddy. It’s a lot of factories and warehouses around here, so the vibe is very industrial and hardworking. We deal mostly with properties in this neck of the woods, including the Medak and Telangana areas under the 502325 code. Our office is a small shop, nothing fancy at all. We’ve got our chairs, a few desks, and a lot of registers. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, walking through plots or visiting different sites in the IDA area. It can get pretty dusty with all the trucks moving around, but we don’t mind it much. People come to us when they need to figure out something about land in this specific region. We know the local survey numbers and the layout of the village pretty well by now. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We’re usually in plain clothes, just trying to get the job done. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait or go for a walk. We’re just local guys who know the industrial belt and help out with property stuff for whoever needs it in the area.
