You can find us at Sy No 450 in the Sulthanpur area. Alliance Minerals has been operating from this particular piece of land for quite some time now. It is located a bit out of the way, but that actually works well for the type of work we are doing here. Dealing with various mineral products means there is almost always a lot of loose stone, fine dust, and heavy equipment sitting around the yard. Most of our working day is spent outside or under the basic open-sided sheds we have built. It is very physical work, and nobody here is afraid of getting their clothes dirty or their hands calloused. Our small group of workers has mostly been with us for years. Rather than having a fancy corporate office with desks and chairs, we just have a small side room where we keep our logbooks and sit down for a quick break. The trucks come in empty and go out full of material, and that is how we keep track of our time. Sulthanpur is a pretty quiet place most of the time, except for the noise of our machines. Learning to recognize the specific sounds the equipment makes helps us know when something needs a bit of grease or a repair. It is a very straightforward business. We just process the material and send it where it needs to go. We keep things simple and just focus on the task in front of us.
