Stone Man

We are located at 91 Park Road in the Nalsabgadda area. The name Stone Man is what we go by, and it’s pretty clear what we do here. We work with different kinds of stone every single day. The yard is usually full of dust and the sound of tools being used. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we enjoy the routine. Being on Park Road means we get a lot of people stopping by to ask questions about their home projects. We try to give them straight answers without any of that sales talk you hear in bigger stores. If a piece of stone has a flaw or a crack, we point it out. There’s no point in hiding things because the stone has to last a long time in someone's home. We handle everything from small pieces to large slabs. It’s heavy work, and our backs often ache by the end of the day, but that’s just part of the trade. We’ve been in Nalsabgadda for years and have seen the neighborhood change a lot around us. But the need for stone stays the same. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand. Sometimes we have a lot of stock, and other times it’s a bit thin depending on what's coming in from the suppliers. We just take it as it comes and do the work the best we can.
