Sri Sai Shakti Rice Industry

Starting the day early at Unit No.11 in the Arsapally Industrial Area usually means the machines are humming before most people have even had their morning tea. We deal with rice all day long here. It is a bit dusty and loud inside the shed, but that is just how it goes when you are running a rice industry. Sri Sai Shakti Rice Industry is not a fancy office or anything like that. It is just a place where work gets done. My family and a few workers spend most of our hours checking the grains and making sure the bags are filled right. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit around and wait for it to come back, which is frustrating, but that is life in this part of town. The Arsapally area has many other units around us, so there is always a truck coming or going. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure the rice is clean and ready for whoever needs it. It isn't a glamorous job, and the floor is always covered in husks, but we take it one day at a time. Neighbors often stop by to chat or see how the crop is looking this season. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny website. It’s just us, the machines, and the heavy bags of rice that need moving from one corner to the other before the sun goes down.
