It feels more like a home than a stiff office building, which we actually prefer. We spend our time talking to families who are looking to move or people who have some land they want to deal with. R.C. Puram has its own vibe, very different from the center of Hyderabad. It’s a bit more relaxed, though the main roads can still get packed during rush hour. We don’t do anything flashy. Most of our work comes from people just stopping by or hearing about us from a neighbor. We keep a lot of maps and local records on our desks. Sometimes the fans in the office don't quite keep up with the heat, but we manage. We know the local streets and the people who live on them. It’s nice to work in a place where you recognize the faces at the tea stall downstairs. We just keep our heads down and handle the real estate needs of the local community as best as we can every day.
