Right Smile Team Foundation

We’re located in Apartment 203, over in G Block of the Purvankara Amaiti complex in Singana. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s a good spot for us. The Right Smile Team Foundation has been running from this flat for a while. It’s funny how an apartment can turn into a full-fledged office with just a few desks and a printer. We spend most of our time here coordinating with people over the phone or through messages. Singana is a growing area, and being in a residential complex like Purvankara Amaiti means we’re close to the people we interact with. The security guards at the gate know us pretty well by now. We usually have a lot of paperwork scattered around, but we try to keep it organized. It’s not always easy when the space is small. We don't have meetings in boardrooms; we usually just sit around the dining table with some biscuits and tea. It feels more natural that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office. We just want to do the work we set out to do. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks during our calls, which is just part of working from an apartment. We keep things simple and direct. There’s no need for fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone just chips in where they can. It’s a small, dedicated team and we like it that way.
