Resplice Autism Research Foundation is tucked away in Villa 251 at Praveen laxuria. You’ll find us within the APR projects area of Patancheru. It’s a bit of a drive out towards Sanagareddy, but we like it here. Being in a villa instead of a high-rise office makes the work feel a bit more grounded. We spend our days digging through research papers and looking at data related to autism. It’s not glamorous work, and the office reflects that. There are stacks of folders everywhere and the coffee machine is a bit temperamental. We aren’t a huge team, just a handful of us trying to make sense of the information we gather. Sometimes the local kids play outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we don’t mind the distraction. Hyderabad is close enough if we need to pick up supplies or meet someone. We chose this spot because it’s quiet enough to focus on the details. The address at Sy No 158/A and 160/A can be confusing for delivery drivers, so we often have to wait out by the gate. We don't have a big marketing department or polished brochures. It’s just us doing the research day in and day out. We take notes, we talk, and we try to understand more about the subject. It’s a slow process but we’ve got plenty of time and patience to see it through. That’s just how we operate.
