Ratnapuri Organics Private Limited

Out in Thurkala Khanapur, things move a lot slower than in the city. Ratnapuri Organics Private Limited is based right here in the Hathnoora Mandal. It’s a rural spot, very quiet except for the birds and the occasional tractor engine. We don’t have much in the way of a formal setup. Our address is basically the village itself. Most people around here know us by name anyway. We spend a lot of time outdoors. The soil here is actually pretty good if you treat it right. We spent the first few years just learning about the land and failing at a few crops. It was frustrating but that’s how you learn. We don’t use any of those shiny brochures to talk about what we do. We just talk to the farmers and the people who live nearby. It’s hard to find good help sometimes because everyone is moving away to the city for work, but we have a solid group of people who stayed. We share meals together under the big tree when it gets too hot to work in the sun. It’s not a glamorous life, but it is a good one. There’s a lot of mud on our boots most days. We don’t mind it. It’s part of the job. We just want to keep things simple and keep the land healthy for the next few years. That’s really all there is to it. No big corporate secrets. Just farming.
