Mssr Silver Paper Plates

We are based at H No Mig-56 in the Aphb Colony. This is part of Site-I, Phase-Ii, right on the bypass road in Pr Pally, Sangareddy. Mssr Silver Paper Plates is basically a small workshop we set up in the back of the house. We have these machines that stamp out the silver plates all day long. It gets pretty loud, and the house sometimes shakes a bit when everything is running at once. My cousin and I handle the production. We spend a lot of time moving heavy stacks of raw paper and then packing the finished plates into plastic bags. Because we are right on the bypass road, it gets very dusty, and we have to wipe down the machines every morning before we start. It’s not a polished business. There are stacks of boxes everywhere and we usually have grease on our clothes. We sell mostly to the local vendors and people having small parties in the colony. Sometimes a machine jams and we have to spend hours taking it apart to find the problem. It’s frustrating, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything. We just put a small board outside the gate so people know we have plates for sale. It keeps us busy from morning until late evening, and we usually end the day pretty tired but glad to have the work done.
