This is our small food setup located at Dr.No. 12-54 in Sri Nagar Colony. We’ve been operating out of Patancheruvu for some time. It's mostly a group of us working together to keep things running. The space is basically a house that we’ve converted to handle our food work. It’s not a big factory. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area making sure the batches are right. Sri Nagar Colony is a nice place to work from, and most of the neighbors know what we’re doing because of the smells coming from the house. We don’t have a fancy office or a big sign out front. It’s just Mahila Swayam Upadhi Anil House Foods. We started this because we needed something steady to do from home. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of orders to pack up. We sit around the main table to get the packing done. It’s hard work, and our hands are always busy. We try to keep everything clean and organized, though it gets a bit crowded when the supplies arrive. We just do our work and go home. There’s no big management team, just us. It’s a practical way to earn a living and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the colony and the daily tasks we have to do every single day without complaining much about it.
