Lakshmi Flour Mill

Lakshmi Flour Mill is located at H No 4-88 in Allipur Village. We are part of the Zaheerabad Mandal in the local district. Most people around here know us because they bring their wheat and corn to get it ground up. It’s a small place and the machines make a lot of noise throughout the day. We started this mill a long time ago to help out the people in the village so they didn't have to travel so far. The air is always a bit dusty with flour but we don't mind it much. We don't have a fancy business plan or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for the customers to come by with their sacks. Sometimes we talk about the weather or the crops while the machines are doing their work. H No 4-88 is easy to find once you get into Allipur. We try to keep the stones sharp so the flour comes out nice and smooth. It’s a steady job and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. There are no corporate meetings here just hard work and serving the local folks. We’ve seen many kids grow up coming here with their parents over the years. It’s a community spot as much as it is a business. We just do our work and go home when the sun sets. It is a good way to stay connected to the land.
