Our office is H.NO.13-258/28/1 in Sai Bhagwan Colony. That’s out in Beeramguda, Ameenpur. It’s in the Medak district. We work on different projects. The area is developing quite a bit lately. When we first moved here, there weren't as many buildings. Now it’s getting crowded. We have a small office where we keep all our plans and documents. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby. We just do our thing. We aren't some big corporate developer with a shiny glass building. It’s just a regular house turned into an office. We know the neighbors. Sometimes we share a meal during lunch. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we get the work done. The commute can be long if you’re coming from the city center. We like it out here though. It’s a bit more peaceful than the middle of Hyderabad. We’ve got a few desks and a lot of paper. We don't use much fancy software, just the basics. It works for the kind of projects we handle. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites and that takes all day. We come back tired and just want to finish the filing. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we plan to stay for as long as we can. It’s a good community in Telangana and we feel lucky to be a part of it.
