Our office is located out in Beeramguda, specifically in the Suryodaya Colony area. If you know the BHEL Metro Enclave, we are right there at house number 5-95/6421. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, but things are growing fast out this way. We deal with property choices, mostly helping local people find a decent plot or a house that fits what they need. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of workers. It’s just us doing the daily grind, checking records, and making sure everything is legal and tidy. Sometimes we spend the whole morning just waiting for someone to show up for a viewing, but that gives us time to catch up on the news or have another cup of chai. The weather out here in Patelguda gets pretty hot in the summer, so we try to do most of our outdoor site visits early in the morning. We don’t have a lot of polished marketing materials. We just talk to people and try to be honest about what we see. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way.
