We are situated at Plot No 167 in Phase-3 of the Ipa Pashamylaram industrial area. This is out in the Patancheru Mandal, so it’s quite a distance from the main city center of Hyderabad. Being in an industrial zone means there are a lot of large trucks and factories surrounding us. It’s a very different environment compared to a standard office block. At Glaxco Pharmaceuticals, we spend most of our time in a space that’s designed more for utility than for comfort. The floors are concrete, and there’s a lot of metal shelving around. The air out here can get a bit heavy with the smell of manufacturing from the neighboring plots, and it’s always pretty loud with the sound of machinery. We’ve been here for some time now and have gotten used to the routine of the industrial park. Our work involves a lot of logistical planning and keeping track of the pharmaceutical materials coming in and out. It’s a dusty place, and we’re constantly cleaning up to keep things decent. We usually bring our lunch from home because there aren’t many places to eat nearby unless you want to drive a bit. It’s a hard-working atmosphere where people just want to get their jobs done and go home. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. It’s just a gate, a plot, and a building where we do our daily business.
