Anthireddy Estates Private Limited

You can find us over at Anthireddy Towers, which is right beside the old Jyothi Theatre in Bollaram. We are in the Jyothi-I section, at door number 11-28. It’s a well-known spot in the Bollaram Municipality. Anthireddy Estates Private Limited is run by a few of us who have lived around this area for a long time. The building itself is easy to spot because of the theatre next door. We get a lot of noise from the main road, but that is just how it is in this part of town. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We don’t have any fancy decorations or marketing posters on the walls. Mostly, we just have stacks of documents and some old chairs for when people come in to chat about local property. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes it’s someone looking for a small plot, and other times it is just a neighbor asking about the latest rules. We don't pretend to be some big city firm. We are just local people working in a local office. It is practical and straightforward here. We know the streets of Bollaram like the back of our hands and just try to keep things running smoothly for anyone who needs help with estates without making things more complicated than they need to be.
