We are based at Survey No. 442 in Indira Nagar, right along the Pune-Nasik Highway. This location is quite practical for us because the highway is such a major route for transport. You can always hear the trucks and buses roaring past throughout the day and night. The area around Indira Nagar is a mix of small businesses and residential pockets, and it has a very industrial feel to it. Our place is more of a functional unit than a polished office. We have a fair amount of space since it’s listed under a survey number rather than a tight city apartment. There is usually a bit of dust because of the road construction and the constant movement of vehicles outside, but we don't mind it much. We have been working from this spot for quite some time. The day usually involves a lot of loading or unloading, or just coordinating with people who are traveling between the two cities. It’s a busy environment and things can get a bit hectic when several things happen at once. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. People usually just pull off the highway and find us based on the survey number. It’s a simple setup where we focus on getting the day's tasks finished so we can head home. It’s a real, working-class part of the outskirts, and that suits us just fine for the work we do.
