Taha English Medium School

We are located on Bangalore Road in Kudligi, which is over in the Bellary district. It is a fairly busy spot because of all the vehicles on the road, but we have gotten used to the noise of the traffic passing by our gates. The school has been part of this community for some time now. We keep things pretty simple here. We have our classrooms and a small area for the kids to play during their breaks. Most of our day is spent dealing with the usual school routines. We start early and finish when the sun is still high in the sky. It is an English medium setup, so we focus on that quite a bit during the daily lessons. We do not have any big corporate backing or anything like that; it is just us running the place as best as we can. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or water issues, which is just part of living and working in a place like Kudligi. We know the parents and they know us, which makes things easier when we need to talk about how the kids are doing. It is a practical kind of place. We just make sure the gates are locked at night and the floors are swept in the morning before everyone arrives. There is nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just provide a place for the local kids to come and learn their lessons every day of the week.
