Our place is out at Plot No. Av 21 in Sanand Gidc, specifically in Phase Ii near Village Bol. Yanfeng India Automotive Interior Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a long name for what we do, which is basically making the insides of cars. It’s a big industrial zone, so there are factories everywhere you look. Our building is just one of many, but we’ve been here for a while now. The commute out to Village Bol can be a bit of a trek for some of the staff, but it’s where the work is. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of stuff and people focused on their stations. It isn't the quietest place, but it's productive. We don't really have a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’re more likely to see crates and materials than anything else. We try to keep things organized, though on busy days, it gets a bit crowded on the floor. The local tea stall nearby is where most of us end up during breaks. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people in the Gidc know who we are and what we’re doing out here. It’s just a standard factory life. We clock in, do the assembly work, and make sure things are packed up right. It’s steady and we don’t make a big fuss about it. Just daily work in Sanand. We keep the machines running and the floor moving as best as we can without overthinking things too much.
