Our facility is situated right on the Sarkhej-Bavla Highway in the Moraiya area. Being out on the highway means we have plenty of space, which is good for the kind of pharmaceutical work we do. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but it’s a major route so we see a lot of trucks and commuters passing by. The building is functional and built for purpose rather than for looks. Inside, it’s mostly about the production lines and the storage areas. We have a team that’s been together for a while, and we just go about our business without much noise. The Moraiya stretch is growing fast with lots of factories, so it feels like we are in the middle of a lot of industrial progress. We don't bother with polished brochures or fancy speeches. We just focus on the manufacturing process and making sure our quality standards are met. Some days the highway traffic is a bit of a headache, especially during peak hours, but that’s part of the trade-off for being in such a well-connected spot. We just want to keep things running smoothly and get our products out the door. It’s practical, everyday work for us, and we are fine with that. No frills, just pharma production. We might not have the biggest office, but the factory floor is where the real value is. We just keep our heads down and work.
