Raicam Automotive Pvt Ltd is based at Av 19 in the GIDC Industrial Estate Sanand Ii. We are located in Vol Village, which is part of the Sanand area. This is an industrial zone, so there are a lot of factories around us. We fit right in with our automotive production work. The plant is where we spend most of our time, making parts and keeping the lines moving. It’s a large space with a lot of equipment. We aren't into big marketing slogans; we just focus on manufacturing. The days can be long and the work is repetitive, but it’s what we do. We have a good number of people working here from the surrounding villages. Sanand has changed a lot since the industrial estate opened up, and we've been here for a chunk of that time. The office is right inside the factory building. It’s not very quiet, but that’s because the machines are always running. We mostly deal with other businesses in the automotive sector. We try to keep things moving smoothly without too many hiccups. It’s just a standard industrial operation. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just a commitment to finishing the production schedule every week. It’s a solid place to work and we take our daily tasks seriously to get the units out on time.
