Neesa Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd. operates out of No. 278 in the Panchratna Industrial Estate. We are situated right opposite the Armac Cold Storage in Village Changodar. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly warehouses and factories. The roads can get a bit rough when it rains, and there are always big lorries parked along the side waiting to load up. Our building is a simple structure that fits right in with the rest of the estate. Inside, we have a mix of office space and storage for some of the equipment we use for infrastructure jobs. It is usually quite dusty outside because of all the trucks passing by the cold storage. We have a small team here that handles the local operations. Most mornings start with a lot of shouting to get the logistics sorted out for the day. We drink a lot of tea while going over the schedules. Changodar is quite far from the main city, so it’s a long commute for some of us, but this is where the work is. The office itself is full of binders and rolled-up maps of different project sites. We don't really have a reception desk or anything like that. People just walk in if they need to talk to us. It’s a practical environment where we focus on getting the machinery to where it needs to be.
