Our workshop is located at Plot No. 22/B, right on the Surkhej-Bawala Highway Road. It’s part of Survey No. 408/2P in Village Moraiya. Alpha Roto Machines Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a while. The highway is always busy with big trucks passing by at all hours. It makes the place feel very connected to the rest of the world. Inside the gates, it’s a lot of metal and grease. We build machines, so it’s never really clean or quiet. That’s just the nature of the work we do. The floor is stained with oil and there are tools everywhere. We have a small office tucked in the front where the phone stays for client calls. Most of the guys are out on the floor all day. It’s hot in the summer because of the metal roof. We have a few big fans that help a bit, but it’s still tough. Moraiya Tal is a good place for a business like ours. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone in suits. Just mechanics and engineers who like fixing things. Sometimes we stay late when a project is nearly done. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. The address is easy to find because we’re right there by the main road. Most people just look for the big blue gates and the sound of welding. It's a busy place, but we like the pace and the people we work with.
