Sucha Singh And Bros. is located right on Chandigarh Road. If you know where the Aggarwal Kheti Sewa Center is, we are just across from it. Actually, being opposite that center is the easiest way to tell people where to find us. We’ve been here on this stretch of road for a long time. It’s a busy area with a lot of tractors and farm equipment moving past every day. Our shop isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy building with a lot of stuff inside. We keep things like tools, parts, and various supplies that folks around here need for their work. The floor is usually a bit dirty from people coming in from the fields. I spend a lot of my time behind the counter or moving boxes around in the back. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three or four people are all asking for different things at once. We don't have a computer system that does everything, so we still write a lot of things down in our ledgers. It works for us. My brothers and I take turns running the place. We talk to the farmers and the drivers who stop by for a bit of a chat. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoon, making it a bit warm. We just keep the doors open and get on with the day’s tasks. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living.
