Our place, Lirco Composites Pvt. Ltd., is out on the Dehgam-Modasa Road. We are based in Village-Sampa. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the city, but it’s quieter out here. The air is different, and we have plenty of space for our operations. We work with composites, which involves a lot of specific processes that keep us busy from morning until evening. The facility isn't something you'd see in a magazine. It’s a working building with stacks of materials and the smell of resins and hardeners. We have a small crew from the village and nearby areas. Everyone knows their role. We don't really have a front desk person sitting there all day. Usually, if you stop by, one of the guys from the floor will come out to see what’s up. We don't use much jargon or try to sound smarter than we are. We just know how to handle the materials we work with. The road outside gets a lot of trucks, so there’s a constant hum of traffic. Inside, we just focus on the task at hand. It’s a steady kind of life. We've been in Sampa for a while now and we like the rhythm of it. It’s not a flashy life, but it’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. Sometimes things get messy with the chemicals, but we clean up and start again the next day without complaining about it too much.
