SHERKOT ESTATE HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED

Sherkot Estate Holdings Private Limited is based out of an apartment in Civil Lines. Specifically, we are in Flat No. 801 of the Woodland Apartment building, at 14/113. It is a decent area to work from, usually pretty calm compared to the main roads. Since we handle estate holdings, most of our day is spent looking over documents and taking calls about different properties. It is not like a regular shop where people just wander in. We have to be quite organized with our files. The view from the eighth floor is alright, you can see a bit of the surrounding area from up here. We are just a small team trying to keep track of everything. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when multiple things happen at once, but we manage. Being in Civil Lines means we are close to a lot of other offices, so that is convenient for meetings. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people who know us just come by through word of mouth or previous work we have done. We keep things simple and practical. There is always a lot of tea being made in the small kitchen area because that is how we get through the long afternoons of reading through contracts and property papers. It is a straightforward operation without any unnecessary fuss or complicated corporate layers. We just focus on the records and making sure all the estate details are kept up to date for everyone.
