Maryam Impex

Our place, Maryam Impex, is tucked away in Mohalla Bhooda Sarai Tarin. It’s an older part of town, so things can get a bit crowded on the streets, especially during the middle of the day. We’ve been operating from here for a long time. It’s not a big corporate building or anything like that. Just a practical space where we handle the importing and exporting side of things. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking through inventory lists to make sure everything is where it should be. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or big signs. It’s more about getting the job done and making sure the crates go out on time. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow lanes around the Sarai, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s just part of the daily life here. We like being in this neighborhood because everyone knows each other. It feels more like a community than just a business district. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the regulations, which change more often than you'd think. We just do our bit every day. It's steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don’t make a big fuss about things, and we just keep the workflow going as best we can.
