Our office is located right in Bahjoi, at the Chandni Chok area along the Chandausi Road. It is a pretty busy spot in the Sambhal-Moradabad region. You can't really miss the crossroads if you are driving through. We have been here for a while now, operating out of a simple building that fits right in with the rest of the shops and businesses on the street. Inside, it looks like most small-town offices. We have our desks pushed against the walls and stacks of papers that we try our best to keep organized. It gets a bit dusty with the road being so close, but that is just how it is. We spend most of our time talking to people who come in from the surrounding villages and towns. They want to save a little bit of money or need a small loan, and we are here to help them figure that out. We don't use any fancy talk or complicated financial jargon. We just tell it like it is. Most of the staff grew up around here, so we know the local dialect and how people prefer to do things. We take our lunch breaks together and sometimes get caught up talking about the local news or the weather. It’s a decent place to work. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the records are right and our members are taken care of properly.
