Trivikram Global Foods Private Limited

Trivikram Global Foods is based out of Basant Vihar, which is near Jyoti Vihar in the Burla area of Sambalpur. Being so close to the university area means there’s always people moving around, but our specific street is actually quite peaceful. We work out of a standard building that doesn’t look like much from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of talk about food logistics. We deal with stuff that comes from all over, but we do it all from this one spot in Orissa. The heat in Sambalpur is no joke, so we spend a lot of time making sure we stay hydrated while we track our shipments. We aren't a corporate giant with a PR team. It’s just a handful of us who handle the day-to-day operations. We spend hours on the computer or the phone, trying to make sure everything is coordinated correctly between the suppliers and the local markets. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, like when a delivery is late or the weather shuts down the roads, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We like being in Burla because it feels like home, even though we are thinking about global food trends. Most of our time is just spent making sure the business stays afloat and the work gets finished by evening.
