Tribal Allround Development Association (Odisha)

Our office for the Tribal Allround Development Association is located at Khata No. 108/41, Plot No. 48/597, in Singhpali, Aithapali. We’ve been here in Sambalpur for a while now. The main thing we do is work with the tribal communities around here. There is a lot of history in this area, but also a lot of people who get left behind by progress. We try to bridge that gap. We aren't a big government agency with huge funds. We are just a group of people who care about our heritage and our future. We spend a lot of time out in the villages, talking to elders and seeing what the younger generation needs. Sometimes they need help with job training, and other times it’s about keeping our traditions alive for the kids. The office in Singhpali is where we do all the paperwork and planning, but the real work happens outside. It can get pretty hot here in Sambalpur, and the work is often tiring, but it’s worth it when you see things improving for a family. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just try to be useful to the people who live here. Neighbors know they can come to us if they have a problem or an idea they want to start. We aren't perfect, and we make mistakes, but we are always here, trying to make things better for the tribal communities across Odisha. We just take it day by day.
