Supriya Sambalpuri Handloom Cotton Saree

We are located right at Kalimandir Chowk, just a short walk from Pioneer Coaching. The shop is a bit small but we manage to fit a lot of Sambalpuri handloom sarees inside. Most days, it is just two of us here folding and unfolding the cotton fabrics for people who stop by. We don't have a big sign or anything fancy, but locals know where to find us. The cotton we get comes from weavers who have been doing this for generations. It feels different when you touch it, not like the machine stuff you see in big malls. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit by the door where there is a bit of light. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about the different patterns. Each saree has a story, even if we don't always know it ourselves. The floor is tiled and we keep it swept, though the dust from the street always finds its way in. It's a simple life here. We open early in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There isn't much to say other than we just like sarees and being part of the neighborhood. If you are near the coaching center, you will probably see our door open. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people telling their friends about the cotton we have.
