You can find Sri Ram Agencies over in Ward No-6 on the Dhangar stretch of Bargarh Road. It’s a busy part of the area, and there is always something happening on the road outside our doors. We’ve got a decent amount of space here to keep the various goods we handle for the local market. The walls are painted a plain color and we have big racks that reach almost to the ceiling. It’s a bit of a climb to get things from the top, but we have a sturdy ladder for that. The floor is concrete and shows the wear and tear of years of moving heavy pallets around. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If someone walks in asking for something specific, we can usually point to the exact pile it’s in. Bargarh Road is a main artery for this town, so we get a lot of dust and noise, but it’s great for getting deliveries in and out without too much trouble. We open up early in the morning before the sun gets too high and usually stay until the evening rush starts to die down. The office area is just a corner with a wooden table and a few old ledgers piled up. It’s not the most modern looking place, but it works for what we do. We like the neighborhood and the other shopkeepers nearby are good people to know.
