Sahoo Mistan Bhandar Private Limited

Our shop is located at Budharaja, Shop No. 2, in the Market Complex here in Sambalpur. It is a busy place, especially when the sun starts to go down and everyone is out for their evening walk. We have been running Sahoo Mistan Bhandar for a while now, and it has become a regular part of our lives. The place isn't very large, but we make sure the counters are always full of fresh sweets and different types of snacks. You will usually find us busy in the back or helping someone at the front counter. We do not have any big advertisements or flashy signs. Most of our customers come because they live nearby or they were just passing through the market. The air in the shop always smells like fried dough and sugar, which is how it should be. Working in a place like this means long hours, and sometimes we get pretty tired by the end of the day. But that is just how a local business works. We know a lot of the people who come in by their first names. It is not about being corporate or having fancy meetings. We just show up, make the food, and see the day through. Sambalpur has changed a lot over the years, but the market complex still feels like the heart of things. We are just glad to have our small spot here.
