We are operating out of Sambalpur these days. Our office is actually located at Mr. Rama Chandra Panda’s place in Santinagar. It is tucked away right behind the BRO office. If you are coming from Budharaja, it is not too hard to find once you get into the neighborhood. The pin code is 768004. It is more of a house than a typical office building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed. We have our desks set up and we spend most of the day dealing with the logistics and the local coordination. It is a bit crowded sometimes with all the files and the people coming in and out, but we make it work. Sambalpur is a busy town and being in Santinagar puts us close to where things are happening. We do not have a big reception desk or a lobby. Usually, someone will just look up from their computer and help you out. We have been here for a bit now and have gotten to know the local shops and the guys at the tea stall nearby. It is just a regular workplace for us. We do not have any fancy titles or complicated rules. We just try to get the work done right so we don't have to redo it later. It is a simple life here in Orissa and we are quite content with how things are going.
