Nitu Bai Foods Private Limited

We are set up over at Plot No 1486 and 1488 in Pathanpada. Being in the Badabazaar area of Khetrajpur means there is always something happening around us. Sambalpur is a lively place to work. Nitu Bai Foods is where we spend our long days, mostly dealing with different food products and getting them sorted. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving boxes and checking the quality of what comes in. The humidity here in Odisha can be tough on the storage, so we have to stay on top of that constantly. It’s not a big fancy office, just a workspace where we get things done. We have a few locals who help out with the heavy lifting and the inventory. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the narrow streets of the bazaar, which can be a real headache in the mornings. We just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been at this for a while and the routine stays pretty much the same. Most of us have lived in Sambalpur our whole lives, so we know the area well. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us at the plot, making sure the food is handled right and the orders go where they need to. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just keep the lights on and the work moving forward.
